Delivery Policy
Deliveries are handled by CTT and GLS
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

A tracking number

A link to follow your shipment on the carrier’s website
Orders must be placed before 15:00 to be considered for shipment on that day, provided it is a Tuesday or Thursday.
After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be sent to a collection point.

Taxes & Duties
All prices are shown in Euros. EU sales tax (VAT) is included.
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and taxes determined by the local authorities. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
If the customer refuses to pay duties and chooses to return the parcel, all shipping and operational costs will be deducted from the refund.
Returns Policy
You may return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Please do not return any items without contacting our customer service first, as we may be unable to accept them.
Exchanges
You may exchange your item for another size, colour, or style.
If the new item has a higher price, we will invoice the difference.
Postage costs are not covered by Trema.
Refunds
Refunds apply to items purchased at full price and returned in original condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
