Shipping policy
We aim to make ordering from us as simple and straightforward as possible.
Once your online transaction has been completed your order will be confirmed by email within 24 hours.
The goods will be prepared for delivery and shipped within 48 hours, with the exception of orders placed at the weekend which will be shipped in the next working days.
During Sale periods and Holiday season deliveries times can be affected.
Deliveries are preformed within working hours and may require a signature. For this reason, we advise you to give us a secure delivery address where someone will be available to receive the goods and sign.

WARNING: Delivery times are indicative and, therefore, are only considered valid when there are no physical or structural impediments (example: incorrect addresses or force majeure setbacks, such as strikes, connection losses, bad weather, etc.).
Shipping costs are automatically calculated by our system and depend on the monetary value of the order being presented at checkout.
Delivery Policy
Deliveries are assured by the carrier GLS and Via Direta
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email, the shipping number assigned to the order and a link will be sent so that he can track the order on the carrier's website, as well as the options available.
Orders are delivered Monday through Friday, with the exception of local or national holidays, to the address the customer indicates when placing orders.
The customer can receive the order wherever he wishes (except in PO boxes), from Monday to Friday. To do this, just provide us with the address where someone will be present between 9am and 7pm. An attempt will be made for delivery by a courier from the carriers at the address indicated by the customer.
NOTICE: It is not possible to choose a specific delivery time, as it will be conditioned by the route defined by the carrier for the courier on the day of delivery.
Providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may result in your return to Mondays, resulting in additional costs for the customer, so we recommend that the customer always make sure that the delivery address indicated when registering the order is effectively correct and complete. .
After two unsuccessful attempts, your order will be delivered to one of the service points to be collected.

Tax
All prices on our online store are in Euros and European Union sales tax is included at the prevailing rate.
Duty and Customs
Orders sent outside the European Union may be taxed. Customers will need to pay these in order to receive the package.
These taxes vary by country. The local government determines duty taxes and charges.
In case the client refuses to pay and chose to return the package, we reserve the right to deduct from the total refund value all shipping and other operational costs related to this operation.
Returns Policy
You may return your order up to 14 days from date of receipt, as long as the items are in their original condition, with all tickets and tags attached.
Do NOT return any item to us without emailing our customer service first as we will be unable to accept it. See below for our return policy on sale items.
Exchanges
You may exchange your received item for another style, size or color. If the item is of higher value we will invoice you the difference. Kindly explain what you want to do when you contact us about this situation. Postage costs are not responsible of Trema
Refunds
We will be happy to refund any items purchased at full retail price, as long as they're on their original condition, with all tickets and tags attached. All refunds exclude postage costs, unless the return cause is our responsibility. Refunds are processed as soon as item is received and checked. Refunds are done for the same card/payment method used for the purchase.
